  I had a bartender with a scar on his head who purposely delay, service, follow up on a order or give me refills because, I am white. He had no problem servicing the other Latinos in the bar with a sense of urgency, but, not with me. It was not busy and it does not take 40 minutes to get chicken wings. I called the next day and the Mexican manager (90% of the Rio Grand Valley is Mexican) told him my issues of the bad service and wanted to take my name and number to have the GM call me. However, he kept playing games on the phone with me intentionally kept repeating my number wrong back to me 10 times and laughed.

  Took too long to get serviced, no Italian dressing or balsamic, no meat on the barbecue ribs, too hard to cut apart. My sweet potato fries were good. My tea was good

  This was by far the most horrible experience I have had in a long time and here is why.... The service was horrible. I felt rushed by my waitress, kind of like she didn't have time for me even though there weren't too many people there. I was served my water with no straw and it didn't come for awhile. The onion rings were burnt, I mean come on now... how can you burn onion rings..... drop them in and pull them out. Id say the cherry on top was being served my food with no silverware though. I had never in all my 31 years been served my food with nothing to eat it with at any dining establishment. I don't want to sound at all like I am complaining because I am extremely understanding but this was beyond that. I ALWAYS tip big to my servers because my mother was a server for many years and I understand first hand how important it is. I didn't leave a tip this time and I actually felt bad about it but how could I????? I feel horrible about this whole experience not only for me but my server also. It just is not good all around.
